Before you start making money online, you need a way to receive payments. If you don’t have a personal Paypal account, set one up. Paypal has several business accounts, too, but don’t use these. The business accounts charge you a percentage of your money so you end up giving away some of your cash. Stay with a personal account for now.

Before joining, you might want to lurk in a forum just to see what people are saying. You can also do an Internet search based on the forum name to see what people are saying so you don’t waste your time on a bad forum.

Once you’ve selected a forum, it’s time to apply for a position as a forum poster. On average, forums will ask you to provide 10-15 writing samples on their forum.
